Enable the Contact Us page:

Log in to your Freemius dashboard.

Under your product, navigate to the SDK Integration section.

Scroll down to the Submenu items section and ensure that the Contact Us options is checked.

Update your SDK snippet in your plugin or theme to the latest version to ensure that the Contact Us page is available to your customers or manually edit the SDK snippet in your code using
'contact' => truein the menu array. -
Set up your support email in the Freemius dashboard that will be used to communicate with your customers.
