Customers who want to cancel or upgrade their subscription can simply log in and go to the Licenses tab. Freemius takes care of proration, trials, and renewals automatically, removing any unnecessary hassle from their shoulders.

Manage downloads and licenses

For downloadable software like desktop apps and WordPress plugins, users may need to access their downloads, upgrade a license, or even whitelist a site for license activation. All you need to do is point them to the Customer Portal and let them know they can manage all of the above quickly and easily.

Generate EU VAT-compliant invoices

Customers can simply access their Customer Portal, update the VAT ID in their profile, and head to the Order History tab to generate a new EU VAT invoice.

In both cases, they can send the purchaser an easy link to checkout to buy your product, removing friction in the purchase process.
