Trial Cancellation Email Added to Email Customization

This week, we’re adding another template to our Email Customization feature. Until now, makers could already customize several emails, such as purchase, subscription, trial start, and more. However, many makers also requested support for the “Trial cancellation email“.

This made sense to us from a product marketing perspective as well. Trial cancellation is an important touchpoint where makers may want to re-engage users, offer a one-time discount, or provide another incentive to improve conversion.

With today’s deployment, this feature is live. Simply go to the Email Customization section from the Developer Dashboard, and you will find a new template named Trial cancellation email.
