Freemius is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic social media manager to join our team of gifted content creators. Candidates should love the WordPress space, be hungry to learn, and have the creative spark to skyrocket our channels to new heights. The position is open to social media fanatics who can manage their time effectively and meet deadlines while working in a distributed team.
Hungry to learn and enthusiastic about digital marketing.
Comfortable working during European time zone hours (9-6 GMT+2) from Sunday to Thursday.
Knows the slang, gets the hashtags, and loves the trends. Our ideal candidate throws this into a creative blender and creates cool content.
An ear to the ground, an ‘on the ball’ attitude, and an eagle eye for new trends + a trigger finger to post when stuff’s hot.
Fluent in English, with excellent grammar and spelling.
Loves brainstorming and collaboration (our copywriters and designers love it too!).
Able to work remotely, proactively and productively.
Knows the WordPress ecosystem, its community, and the movers and shakers in our industry.
