About the role

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a B2B company.
  • Strong understanding of the developer market.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and the influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker who is also operationally strong and detail-oriented.
  • 360 perspective on how we can repurpose influencers’ content for other marketing channels.
  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Experience using influencer tools/platforms (bonus).

What you’ll do

  • Grow our makers network: Source, onboard, and manage creators, paid partners, and micro-influencers to drive brand and performance campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Lead community partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with high-potential online communities on X that can drive awareness and conversions.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring smooth onboarding and content delivery.
  • Analyze & report: Measure campaign performance and extract insights to improve ROI, scaling what works and pivoting when needed.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.

  • Intro Call A first interview to explore your background, goals, and fit for the role, with time for questions on both sides.
  • Home task to showcase your skills​ An assignment that gives us insight into your skills and gives you a feel for the kind of work you'll be doing.
  • 30-minute presentation with our Head of Brand and CEO A focused conversation about your assignment, where you will present the work you were asked to complete.
  • Final interview A deeper conversation with our Founder & CEO to discuss cultural fit, expectations, and growth opportunities. We'll explore how you work and what long-term success might look like together.
